
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Manage the relationship with the partner(s) and all stakeholders.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope. Coordinate internal teams and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Help make decisions for the development team whenever it gets blocked in agreement with the internal Product team. Manage the partners to take detailed requirements briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. They must have hands-on experience in testing applications. They will coordinate with other departments and also act as a Test Manager to manage the QA team across verticals. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of a defined scope of work on time within budgets.Ī successful candidate will work directly with external partners and internal teams at Pratham Books to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
